Policies and Shipping Information:

Preferred payment is with Credit Card or through funded pay-pal.

Items ship within 3 days of payment received. Items not paid for within 5 days of purchase will be put back up for sale. Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the item is unused. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense. Refund, for purchase price only, (does not include shipping) will be given through pay-pal after the item has been received, in unused condition. 

Please allow 3 weeks for custom knits to be finished. I will keep you updated on the status of your order.

We do not lanolize our items, if you would like us to do so we would be glad to, but be warned it will add 2-3 days onto your wait, because of long drying times.
